Summer Fruit Soup


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Sue Bee® Honey
  • 3 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 pint blackberry
  • 1/2 pint blueberries
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 apricots
  • 1 small cantaloupe
  • ground nutmeg

Directions

  • Place Sue Bee® honey, yogurt, cantaloupe, apricots and vanilla in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour into individual soup bowls. Top with remaining fruit and nutmeg.
  • Serve immediately.
