Summer Fruit Soup
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Sue Bee® Honey
- 3 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 pint blackberry
- 1/2 pint blueberries
- 2 peaches
- 2 cups watermelon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 apricots
- 1 small cantaloupe
- ground nutmeg
Directions
- Place Sue Bee® honey, yogurt, cantaloupe, apricots and vanilla in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into individual soup bowls. Top with remaining fruit and nutmeg.
- Serve immediately.
