Quinoa Tahini Cookies


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 1/4 cups rice flour
  • 7/8 cup quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Combine Sue Bee® honey, sugar, butter and tahini; mix until creamy.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  • Spoon rounded teaspoonfuls of batter onto cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10 – 14 minutes, or until they start to turn golden brown.
