Pecan Thimbles


Ingredients

Crust

  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup margaine or butter
  • 1 cup flour

Filling

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions

Crust

  • Cut together and roll into 24 1-inch balls.
  • Press each ball into a mini-muffin tin and shape to form a miniature pie crust.

Filling

  • Combine ingredients and fill shells.
  • Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes.
