Honey Orange Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Sue Bee® honey
  • 1 pie crust
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 15-oz can pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 F.
  • Roll out pie crust.
  • Ease into pie plate.
  • Trim and flute edges.
  • Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix Sue Bee® honey, pumpkin, eggs, orange juice concentrate, cinnamon, cornstarch, ginger and salt on low speed until combined.
  • Mix in whipping cream and sour cream until combined.
  • Pour into prepared crust.
  • Bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
  • If necessary, cover pie with foil to prevent over browning.
  • Continue to bake for an additional 35-45 minutes or until center of pie is set.
