Pecan Thimbles
Ingredients
Crust
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup margaine or butter
- 1 cup flour
Filling
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
Directions
Crust
- Cut together and roll into 24 1-inch balls.
- Press each ball into a mini-muffin tin and shape to form a miniature pie crust.
Filling
- Combine ingredients and fill shells.
- Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes.
