Maple Honey Corn Muffins
Kristen Heigl’s Maple Honey Corn Muffins entry in the Sue Bee® honey Sweet Eats Recipe Contest!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix together the Sue Bee® honey, sugar, eggs, milk, maple syrup, Greek yogurt and butter. Mix well.
- Add the cornmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into greased muffin tin or muffin liners. Fill until 3/4 full.
- Bake 12-14 minutes.
