Honey Lime Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon water
Directions
- Saute onion in olive oil.
- Add Sue Bee® honey, wine, lime juice, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper,.
- Bring mixture to boil. Combine cornstarch and water; mix well and add to sauce. Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked turkey, chicken, fish or pork.
