Buttermilk Herb Marinade


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions

  • In a medium bowl whisk together all the ingredients.
  • Marinade chicken or pork for 1-4 hours and discard marinade.
  • Cook as desired.
