Quinoa Tahini Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 1/4 cups rice flour
- 7/8 cup quinoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine Sue Bee® honey, sugar, butter and tahini; mix until creamy.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Spoon rounded teaspoonfuls of batter onto cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 – 14 minutes, or until they start to turn golden brown.
