Directions:

  • Pour 1 cup of honey into a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger root. You can add a small pinch of ground ginger if you’d like a stronger flavor.
  • Cook the mixture on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer to a glass jar with a tightly fitting lid and infuse for 2 hours or up to 2 weeks.

Directions

  • Add 1 cup of Sue Bee honey and 5-10 whole cloves to a saucepan.
  • Heat on low for 10 minutes.
  • Infuse for 2 hours or up to 2 weeks in a jar with a tightly fitting lid.
  • Optional: Strain when finished.
