Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1 lb butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Cream together Sue Bee® honey, margarine, water, vanilla and eggs.
- Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, brown sugar and sugar; combine with creamed mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
