Zucchini Chocolate Cake
Follow this recipe to make your own Zucchini Chocolate Cake at home using delicious Sue Bee® honey!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
Directions
- Mix oil, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa, flour and sugar together.
- Stir in Sue Bee® honey, vanilla, eggs, sour milk, margarine and grated zucchini ingredients.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
- Bake 35-40 minutes at 325 F.
- Allow cake to cool. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
