Whole Wheat Cornbread
- 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- Combine the corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the Sue Bee® honey, oil, milk and eggs.
- Mix just enough to moisten the batter.
- Pour the batter into an oiled 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 375 F oven for 20-35 minutes or until golden brown.
