Sue Bee® Honey Butter
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon rind
Directions
- Cream butter until light and fluffy; gradually add Sue Bee® honey, beating well.
- Beat in lemon rind.
- Chill butter mixture several hours or overnight.
- Serve with muffins or toast.
