Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 lb butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Cream together Sue Bee® honey, margarine, water, vanilla and eggs.
  • Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, brown sugar and sugar; combine with creamed mixture.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
