Sherry Marinade


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients and pour the marinade over you meat.
  • Marinate 4-24 hours in the refrigerator, turning pieces occasionally.
