Red Onion Dip


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grainy mustard

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Put in small baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Increase oven temp to 420 F.
  • Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  • Put on top of lightly toasted baguette slices.
