Oven Stew

This is a perfect cold-weather meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 1/2 lbs stew meat
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 2 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoon tapioca
  • 1 cup celery
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 6 carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart baking pot.
  • Bake 5 hours at 250 F or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
