Honey Cranberry Butter

This festive Honey Cranberry Butter is the perfect spread for the holidays! It’s tangy and sweet flavor goes perfectly on an english muffin or a piece of toast, making for a yummy snack any time of the day. Be sure to make a few jars for your friends and family so they can enjoy too!

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® honey
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  • In a bowl, beat all ingredients until blended.
  • Store in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
