Healthier Oatmeal Apple Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 5 medium apples; peeled and chopped into small pieces
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup prune juice
- 2 cups raisins
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 minutes in 350 F oven.
