Chocolate Ricotta Cream
- 1/3 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- Process cheese in food processor for 1 minute.
- Add Sue Bee® honey, cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into 6 wine glasses and garnish with almonds.
