Cheddar Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients. (To make a thicker mixture, add more oatmeal; for a thinner mix, add more milk.)
  • Bake in a loaf pan at 325 F for 1 hour or until meat in center is done.
