Breakfast Bars

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® honey
  • 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup flax seed
  • 3/4 cup hot water

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Press into a foil lined 9 inch square pan.
  • Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Cut into 12 bars and wrap in plastic.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
