Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1 1/2 lbs stew meat
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 2 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 2 tablespoon tapioca
- 1 cup celery
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart baking pot.
- Bake 5 hours at 250 F or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
