Sunmaid Breakfast Bars


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup dark raisin
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup granola cereal
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F and grease an 8" square baking dish.
  • Whisk together the flour, granola, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
  • Stir in Sue Bee® honey, butter, egg and vanilla; mix well.
  • Stir in raisins and walnuts, then press mixture into the greased pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Cool and cut into bars.
