Strawberry Jam


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 pint strawberies
  • 2-3 oz. pkackages strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon margarine

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Continue boiling 2 to 3 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Pour into jars and cool.
  • Mixture will be runny.
  • Refrigerate.
