Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1 pint strawberies
- 2-3 oz. pkackages strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon margarine
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Continue boiling 2 to 3 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour into jars and cool.
- Mixture will be runny.
- Refrigerate.
