Raisin Bread


Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 tablespoon Sue Bee® honey
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon dry skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Frosting

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  • 1. Make according to bread machine instructions.
  • 2. Add raisins after the first rising– 30 minutes.
  • 3. Glaze with powdered sugar frosting.
