Honey-Kissed Parfait

Fresh fruit, yogurt and the crunch of granola, this delicately sweet and healthy parfait will make your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 cup prepared granola
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries, raspberries and blackberries

Directions

  • Stir together yogurt and honey.
  • Layer 1/3 cup honey yogurt into glass.
  • >Alternate layers of granola, fruit and honey yogurt, until glasses are filled.
  • Top with blueberries, a drizzle of Sue Bee Honey and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
