Honey Berry Smoothie

Our refreshing and delicious berry smoothie is perfect for an after-workout treat or a tasty midnight snack.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup almond, soy or dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup each of frozen blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries, or any other frozen fruit you like.
  • Chia or flax seeds (optional)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into a glass
  • Enjoy!
