Golden Sweet Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix for about 2 minutes.
- Pour into greased 8×8" glass baking dish and bake for 20-25 minute or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
