Creamy Pumpkin Nog
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2 pasteurized liquid egg-whites
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
- Put milk, yogurt, cream and eggs into a blender or mixer and blend/beat until frothy.
- Stir in pumpkin, Sue Bee® honey, sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Blend in the spices.
- Pour the eggnog into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
