Creamy Pumpkin Nog


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 2 pasteurized liquid egg-whites
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

  • Put milk, yogurt, cream and eggs into a blender or mixer and blend/beat until frothy.
  • Stir in pumpkin, Sue Bee® honey, sugar and mix thoroughly.
  • Blend in the spices.
  • Pour the eggnog into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
