Baked Yams With Ginger and Honey


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 3 pounds yams
  • 3 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients; transfer to a 9-by-13-inch pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and stir potatoes. Bake for another 20 minutes (or until potatoes are tender).
