Baked Yams With Ginger and Honey
- 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 3 pounds yams
- 3 tablespoons ginger
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients; transfer to a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes and stir potatoes. Bake for another 20 minutes (or until potatoes are tender).
