Air fryer Honey Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3 tbsp SUE BEE® Sea Salt Honey
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vanilla
ground cinnamon, to taste
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F . Set the timer for 15 minutes
Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix the honey, olive oil, vanilla and cinnamon. Then add the chickpeas and toss them until they are evenly coated.
Transfer the seasoned chickpeas to the air fryer basket and spread them out evenly.
Allow the chickpeas to cook for 5-7 minutes, then shake the basket and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
