Sue Bee® Honey Peach Iced Tea

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 8 individual Bigelow Tea Perfect Peach bags
  • 3 fresh peaches
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 7 cups water (more may be needed)
  • Ice

Directions

  • Bring about 7 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add the peach tea bags and remove from heat.
  • Cover the pot and let the tea steep for about 6 minutes.
  • After peaches are washed, slice into thin wedges (do not remove the skin).
  • Fill pitcher half full with ice cubes and top with peaches.
  • In a coffee mug or heat-resistant measuring cup, pour cup of hot tea over the sugar.
  • Stir until dissolved and syrupy, add in honey.
  • Pour sweet syrup over peaches and ice, then pour remaining tea into the pitcher.
  • If necessary, pour more water over the tea bags then add to the pitcher until full.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  • Pour the whipping cream into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Start mixing on low speed and slowly increase to high.
  • Mix for about 2 minutes until the whipping cream forms stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk, honey and salt into the whipped cream.
  • Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Pour into a freezer-safe, airtight container and drizzle the top with an additional tablespoon of honey. Seal the container.
  • Freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy when ready!

Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger buns or large Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 Grilled Honey-Lime Chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of Grilled Pineapple With Honey
  • 1/4 cup Honey-Lime Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

Ingredients for the Grilled Honey-Lime Chicken

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • Juice and zest from 2 limes
  • 2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Ingredients for the Grilled Pineapple With Honey

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® honey
  • 1 pineapple

Ingredients for the Honey-Lime Mayonnaise

  • 3 tbls Sue Bee® honey
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 2 tbls fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Prepare the Honey-Lime Chicken by placing all the ingredients for in a large zip-close bag.
  • Seal the bag and turn it over until the marinade is well-blended and all of the chicken is evenly covered.
  • Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or even overnight.
  • Prepare the Honey-Lime Mayonnaise by combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Mix the Honey-Lime Mayonnaise ingredients until even and smooth; refrigerate until ready to assemble sandwiches.
  • Prepare the Grilled Pineapple With Honey by cutting the pineapple into 1/2″ rings and brushing each ring with Sue Bee® honey.
  • Refrigerate the pineapple rings for at least two hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Place the chicken and pineapple rings on the grill; close the lid.
  • Grill the pineapple rings until honey begins to caramelize and form grill marks – about 2-5 minutes.
  • Grill the chicken for 5-8 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 160 F.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Spread one tablespoon of Honey-Lime Mayonnaise on the top of each bun.
  • After the Honey-Lime Chicken has cooled, place the breasts on the bottom buns.
  • Top with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, Grilled Pineapple With Honey and the other half of the bun.

Grilled Honey-Lime Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • Juice and zest from 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a large zipper-top plastic bag.

  • Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours or even overnight.
  • When you are ready to prepare the chicken, heat the grill to medium for 10 minutes.
  • Drop the temperature to medium-low and place chicken on grill and cook, with lid closed, for 5-8 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 160 F.
  • Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Grilled Pineapple With Honey


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 pineapple

Directions

  • Cut pineapple into 1/2" rings and brush each ring with Sue Bee® honey.
  • Refrigerate pineapple rings for two hours.
  • Grill on medium heat until honey begins to caramelize and form grill marks – about 2 to 5 minutes.

Honey-Lime Mayonnaise


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Mix well until even and smooth.

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300 F.
  • Mix flour, salt and baking soda together; set aside.
  • Mix Sue Bee® honey, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended and slightly fluffy; scrape sides of bowl.
  • Add flour mixture to sugar/butter mixture and blend together. Do not over mix.
  • Add chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough on to an ungreased non-stick pan, and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until browned around the edges. For crispier cookies bake 18 to 25 minutes.
  • Set on wire rack to cool.

Honey Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 2-3 small Granny Smith apples
  • 1 medium-sized Pink Lady apples
  • 1 medium-sized Golden Delicious Apples
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 – 9″ pie crusts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Grease a pie tin and fill it with one of the pie crusts.
  • Pare, core and thinly slice Granny Smith apples; steam for three minutes.
  • Pare, core and thinly slice Pink Lady and Golden Delicious apples.
  • Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, allspice and salt in a bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients to apples and toss until well coated.
  • Drizzle Sue Bee® honey over apples.
  • Fill the bottom crust with the apple filling.
  • Place the top crust over the filling. Trim the edges and pinch it with the bottom crust to seal it.
  • Cut vents in the top crust for steam.
  • Cover edges with foil and bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350.
  • Remove foil and bake for more 25 minutes.
  • Allow to sit until cool.

Honey Lime Margarita


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Sue Bee® Honey
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • Ice
  • Lime wedges
  • Kosher salt

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine Sue Bee® honey, lime juice, tequila and ice.
  • Shake until the Sue Bee® honey is thoroughly mixed and the ice is gone.
  • Rub a lime wedge along the rim of two glasses and dip into the salt.
  • Fill the glasses with ice and pour the margarita over ice.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and enjoy!

Honey and Chocolate Parfait


Ingredients

  • Sue Bee® Honey
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Vanilla yogurt or ice cream
  • Nuts

Directions

  • Fill the bottom of a glass with a thin layer of chocolate syrup.
  • Cover the chocolate with a scoop of vanilla yogurt or ice cream.
  • Drizzle Sue Bee® honey on top of the yogurt or ice cream.
  • Cover with another layer of yogurt or ice cream and repeat process until glass is full.
  • Sprinkle with nuts and enjoy!

Honey Blueberry Pie

 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 2 9-inch pie crusts
  • 5 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Grease a pie tin and fill it with one of the pie crusts.
  • Mix together Sue Bee® honey, fresh blueberries and orange juice gently until evenly coated.
  • Fold in cornstarch and two tablespoons of cream.
  • Fill the bottom crust with the blueberry filling.
  • Add the chunks of the butter on top of the filling.
  • Place the top crust over the filling. Trim the edges and pinch it with the bottom crust to seal it.
  • Cut vents in the top crust for steam.
  • Brush the pie crusts with cream.
  • Cover edges with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  • Allow to sit until cool.
