Marilyn Silvers’ Energy Bites entry in the Sue Bee® honey Sweet Eats Recipe Contest!


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 2 cups oats (not cooked)
  • 2 cups toasted coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • Mix all together and roll into bite-size balls. Chill.
