Sunmaid Breakfast Bars
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dark raisin
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup granola cereal
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and grease an 8" square baking dish.
- Whisk together the flour, granola, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Stir in Sue Bee® honey, butter, egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in raisins and walnuts, then press mixture into the greased pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cool and cut into bars.
