Butternut Squash Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 3 cups butternut squash
- 1 mango
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 4 cups orange juice
- 1 plantain
- 1/2 cup mint
- 1 pinch jalapeño
- 1 mango
Directions
- Add soup ingredients to blender and blend until creamy.
- Garnish as indicated.
- Serve immediately after blending.
