Baklava Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 (2 1/8 ounce) box frozen miniature phyllo cups
  • 2/3 cup chopped mixed nut
  • 1-2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon water

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Place the shells on a baking sheet.
  • Mix the sugar and chopped nuts and fill the shells.
  • Bake for 8 minutes or until the shells are lightly browned.
  • Mix the Sue Bee® honey and water in a small bowl and drizzle over the nuts.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
