Cinnamon Honey Chex Mix
Yum, yum, yum. Due to its yum factor, be sure to have plenty of this snack around – it goes fast. Get used to hearing, “Can you make some more?”
5 cups Rice Chex Mix
5 cups Corn Chex Mix
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Sue Bee® honey
1/2 cup butter
1 cup whole almonds (optional)
Stir together all dry ingredients in large bowl. Heat butter in saucepan until melted. Add honey. Bring to boil. Quickly pour over Chex mixture and combine.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour into cookie sheet. Put in oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out and stir Chex mixture and put back in oven for 5 more minutes. Cool and store in air-tight container.
