Romaine Salad with Honey Lemon Dressing


For the salad

  • ½ – 1 cup cashews
  • ½ – 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 apples, cubed
  • 2 pears, cut up
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • Small can mandarin oranges
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 2 romaine hearts, chopped

For the dressing

  • 1/3 cup Aunt Sue’s® honey
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tbs poppy seeds
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard


  • Chop all salad ingredients and place in a bowl.
  • Mix dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and toss over salad before serving. Enjoy!
