Pecan Pie Dessert Bars
Ingredients
Topping ingredients
- 1 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavoring
- 2 cups whole pecans
Crust ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup margarine
Directions
- Prepare crust by mixing brown sugar and flour.
- Cut in margarine until well-blended.
- Press into bottom of 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
- For the topping, beat together eggs, Sue Bee® honey, sugar and vanilla.
- Stir in pecans and pour over baked crust.
- Bake at 325 F for 40 min or until lightly brown on top.
