Pecan Pie Dessert Bars


Ingredients

Topping ingredients

  • 1 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavoring
  • 2 cups whole pecans

Crust ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup margarine

Directions

  • Prepare crust by mixing brown sugar and flour.
  • Cut in margarine until well-blended.
  • Press into bottom of 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
  • For the topping, beat together eggs, Sue Bee® honey, sugar and vanilla.
  • Stir in pecans and pour over baked crust.
  • Bake at 325 F for 40 min or until lightly brown on top.
