Peanut Butter Fudge


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavoring
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter

Directions

  • Boil Sue Bee® honey, sugar and cream to softball stage.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter until well-mixed.
  • Pour into a 9-by-9-inch buttered pan.
  • When cool, cut into squares and store in a cool place.
