Peanut Butter Fudge
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavoring
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- Boil Sue Bee® honey, sugar and cream to softball stage.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter until well-mixed.
- Pour into a 9-by-9-inch buttered pan.
- When cool, cut into squares and store in a cool place.
