3 oz gin
2 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz herbed honey simple syrup made with Aunt Sue’s® Honey
1 bottle dry champagne or other sparkling wine, chilled
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine gin, fresh lemon and orange juice and herbed honey simple syrup.
Divide champagne or sparkling wine among 6 glasses (ice optional.)
Top with gin-citrus mixture and serve.
