Lemon-Lime Bundt Cake
- 1 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 1 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 6 ounces lemon-lime flavored soft drink
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cream together margarine, shortening, Sue Bee® honey and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one.
- Add soft drink and flour alternately to creamed mixture.
- Stir in lemon juice and salt.
- Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 F for 1 hour.
