Lemon-Lime Bundt Cake


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 6 ounces lemon-lime flavored soft drink
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Cream together margarine, shortening, Sue Bee® honey and sugar.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one.
  • Add soft drink and flour alternately to creamed mixture.
  • Stir in lemon juice and salt.
  • Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 F for 1 hour.
