Honey Oatmeal Mug Cake

Enjoy a made-from-scratch breakfast no matter how busy your morning with our Honey Oatmeal Mug Cake. Just stir together the ingredients and microwave. It doesn’t get much simpler than that.

 

Ingredients

2 tbsp milk

1 egg

1/2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp Aunt Sue’s® Raw & Unfiltered Honey

2 tbsp quick oats

2 tbsp flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

Optional: blueberries for garnish

Directions

Stir together all ingredients and microwave for 3-4 minutes.

*Mug cake will rise while cooking, so let sit for 1 minute before removing.

Garnish with blueberries and a drizzle of honey and serve.
