Honey Chicken Rice Soup

 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 6 cups chicken broth (or 3 cans, 14 1/2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken
  • 2 teaspoons salt (if broth is unseasoned)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cup instant rice (uncooked)

Directions

  • Bring chicken broth to boil in a large pot.
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
