Honey Chicken Rice Soup
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
- 6 cups chicken broth (or 3 cans, 14 1/2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken
- 2 teaspoons salt (if broth is unseasoned)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cup instant rice (uncooked)
Directions
- Bring chicken broth to boil in a large pot.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
