Herbed Honey Simple Syrup
This delicious simple syrup recipe is great for making cocktails, iced teas and lemonades!
1 cup Aunt Sue’s® Raw & Unfiltered Honey
1 cup water
Peel from one lemon
2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Stirring constantly, heat to almost a boil.
Strain, and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
